REGESTA strongly values effective two-way internal communication. We aim to create an atmosphere fostering dialogue to be able to maintain the character of a responsible employer. Currently, our company employs 12 people with various disabilities, for whom we have curated individual working conditions. We take care of the equal treatment of all employees and counteract any occurrences that may bear the hallmarks of mobbing. Good relations within individual departments and between employees are possible thanks to honesty, mutual respect, tolerance, and respect for differences. REGESTA conducts systematic trainings to improve the professional competence of our employees. We put particular care to driver trainings, which contribute to increased road safety, reduced fuel consumption, and greater safety of transported cargo - thus greater care for the environment. Not forgetting about office employees, we continuously develop paths to improvement giving every interested person access to numerous internal and external industry or personal coaching courses.
