By creating a user account on the www.regesta.pl website, you consent to the sending of commercial information by electronic means by REGESTA SA (Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204) and you accept the attached Privacy Policy. By submitting your application to work at our company, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of conducting and administering recruitment processes in accordance with the selected consents.

When using the www.regesta.pl website, you may be asked to provide some of your personal data by filling in a form or otherwise. The data you will be asked for are in most cases: first name, surname and basic company data and e-mail address. In the case of order forms, you will be asked to provide full personal data. When applying to work at REGESTA SA, it will be necessary to provide your telephone number and answer the questions contained in the application form. Failure to provide the required data will block the activity that the data related to. 

Registering on the www.regesta.pl website is a voluntary decision of the user. We provide the right to verify, modify or delete data of each user who has completed the registration form. Each job applicant who has sent their personal data has the right to change or delete it. For this purpose, a Personal Data Protection Inspector has been appointed, who can be contacted by e-mail: iodo@regesta.pl or rodo@regesta.pl.

REGESTA SA does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of users to other persons or institutions.

In order to adapt the content and services to individual needs and interests of users, the www.regesta.pl website may use cookies (information stored by the drukreklamowy.pl server on your computer, that the server can read whenever you connect to this computer). Cookies provide statistical data on user traffic and their use of individual pages of the www.regesta.pl website. The user may at any time disable the option of accepting cookies in his browser, which may, however, cause difficulties in using the services of the www.regesta.pl website. The use of "cookies" and other tracking technologies allows us to make corrections and improvements to our pages, which positively affects their reception. It also gives us the opportunity to analyse information that does not contain personal data - for statistical purposes and to determine interest in individual parts of the website. User information is monitored using the Google Analytics tool that records user behaviour of the user on the website. The collected data is not used by any other third parties.

1. Personal data controller

2. Data protection officer

3. Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

REGESTA will process personal data in order to:

• assess qualifications for work in the position for which the application was submitted;
• assess the abilities and skills needed to work in the position for which the application was submitted;
• choose the right person to work at REGESTA.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

• Provision of law (Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) and processing necessary to conclude an employment contract - in the scope of the following data: first name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence (forwarding address); education; the course of previous employment.
• Consent to the processing of data provided in the CV and in the cover letter, if data other than: first name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence (forwarding address); education; the course of previous employment were provided.
• REGESTA legitimate interest - in terms of data collected during the interview and the results of qualification tests. REGESTA has a legitimate interest in checking skills and abilities - this is necessary to assess a person participating in the recruitment process
• Employment contract - REGESTA must process data in order to perform the employment contract.

Personal data indicated in the Labour Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement), are processed by us on the basis of legal provisions and their submission is necessary to participate in the recruitment. We process other personal data (e.g. image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you expressed by sending us your recruitment application and its submission does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment. If you do not want us to process additional data about you, do not include it in your documents.

We may process personal data contained in the recruitment application also for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, if the claims relate to our recruitment process. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, consisting in establishing, investigating or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities. You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of it, rectify your data, request its removal, restrict data processing, object to processing and transfer the data provided (for which you consented) to another data controller.

4. The period of personal data retention

REGESTA will store personal data until recruitment for the position for which the application has been submitted is completed. However, if you agree to participate in future recruitments, as well as in the case of a spontaneous application, the data is stored for a period of 12 months. In addition, the data may be archived for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims related to the recruitment process for a period of 5 years.

5. Data recipients

REGESTA will transfer personal data to entities cooperating with REGESTA, to which REGESTA
orders the performance of a service related to the processing of personal data. Such entities process
data on the basis of agreement concluded with REGESTA.

Please be advised that in the case of online recruitment, REGESTA may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Therefore, we have made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees result in particular from the obligation to use standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission or participation in the "Privacy Shield" program, established by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield.

6. Rights related to the processing of personal data and making automated decisions

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

• the right to withdraw consent to data processing;
• the right to access personal data;
• the right to request the rectification of personal data;
• the right to request the deletion of personal data;
• the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
• the right to object to the processing of data due to a special situation - in cases where data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of REGESTA;

the right to transfer personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data from REGESTA, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. Upon request, REGESTA may send these data to another data controller or request, if it is technically possible to send it. The right to transfer personal data applies only to the data processed by REGESTA on the basis of a contract or consent.

7. The right to withdraw consent

To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent (i.e. data provided in the CV and in the cover letter, other than: name and surname; parents' names; date of birth; place of residence; education; previous employment history) - you have the right to withdraw consent to processing your data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the right to processing  carried out prior to its withdrawal. The consent may be withdrawn by sending a declaration of consent withdrawal to REGESTA.

8. The right to lodge a complaint with the authority
